"El hotel está en medio de la nada, la verdad e diseño y la arquitectura es muy buena. Sin embargo. No hay nadie que te de servicio, la tina tenía pelos, como es un hotel PET friendly, la sala me dio olor a pipi de perro."

"Nos gustaron las actividades. Gimnasia, chikung, baile, etc Alguno del personal en recepcion podria ser mas simpático. La comida del restaurante buffet, ok. Faltaba algo de sentido común con indicaciones...en el balneario no te decían nada si no preguntabas, como q había hidromasaje, vaporizador, etc"

"Nobody was about… it was deserted, no staff, no amenities and no care for the guests for the entire two-day stay! It was unbelievable - they only told us when we checked in on Sunday afternoon that there was no restaurant until a Thursday, through to Saturday; the receptionist then said she was going home at 5pm but had left ‘supplies’ in a tiny fridge downstairs - a cool box was supposed to have ice but it was just a bag of warm water… the fridge had soft drinks & 1/3 bottle of red wine and 1/2...
