"The staff is wonderful! We had a block of rooms for my daughter's wedding reserved. After the wedding a big group of us met in the lounge area to continue the party. The young woman who was at the desk that night, whose name I unfortunately cannot remember, made chocolate chip cookies for us! So sweet! Nicest bunch of employees!!!"

"The room worked out great for the price. No roaches, no bed bugs, no undesirable people hanging around. The room does have an odd smell. I witnessed the staff cleaning all the rooms when people checked out. The room was dated, but for my needs it was perfectly fine. Overall I liked it."

"After arriving at the property, I was informed that my reservation made through Expedia had been canceled because they only accept reservations made directly with them. What was most disappointing was the way this was communicated to me. The staff explained the situation in a very sarcastic and unprofessional manner, which made me feel unwelcome and disrespected. This situation could have been handled much more professionally."

"Dirty sheets and when asked to change…6 hours later I’m changing it myself by fetching a cleaner on her phone. She just gave them and continued her conversation. Also needed toilet paper so snatched that also. "

"The room was absolutely lovely.as were the front desk staff. The restaurant entrees were not good. At all. Cold Rigatoni, short ribs with no sauce, overcooked medium rare steak, no goat cheese on a goat cheese pizza and dried out lamb on a lamb pizza. However the truffle focaccia and mac and cheese were wonderful, but two out of eight is not a good. Drinks are obscenely priced. $26 for a southern comfort and ginger ale... before tip. We chose to sit around a non functioning firepit after...
