"Place was a dump"

"Could not stay. The 3rd floor was to far to walk up staircase. No elevators or cart. Was sent to another motel. The customer service was excellent and understandings "

The hotel and room was very clean and in good condition...but a guest has to daily request their room be serviced and towels replaced Breakfast is fair but some days lacking eggs and waffles.the juice dispenser says 100% juice..it is not I would still come back."

"No pool. Staff was great. Shower was clogged and never fixed. Even after they said someone came in and fixed it. Had to shower in 4in of your dirty water and took about 10 minutes to drain. "

"I recently stayed at the Quality Inn in the Garrisonville area of Stafford and had a very comfortable experience. The room was clean and cozy, the hot water worked perfectly, and the breakfast was convenient and satisfying. Most importantly, the staff was very kind and welcoming, which made the stay even better. Overall, a solid and comfortable place to stay in the area."
