"The hotel was in a good location for accessing the area. The amenities in the room were decent although beds were small, so sharing a bed was not ideal. Breakfast could have been better if it had less bread products and cake and a small selection of hot foods would nice."

However, when I checked out, I was charged for two nights of parking, even though I only used the parking facility for one night. At that time, I was informed that the manager would contact me to resolve the issue. It has now been five days, and I have not received so much as a phone call. This level of service is extremely disappointing."

"Overall lovely Hotel to stay at while at a conference. Very central location and convenient underground parking. The pool was a very nice feature. My room was very nice and comfortable overall, but my AC unit was noisy and made a whining/ rattling noise- which caused some interrupted sleep."
