"Our last visit earlier this year the driver for the shuttle was not timely or friendly. The staff this time was outstanding. I think the guy's name was Jarod taking us and then a female picking us up. Both were amazing."

"The pool was great. It was clean and not over chlorinated. It also had very accessible hours. The hotel was pet friendly, a must for us."

"The property, both inside and out, is very well maintained and modern. The breakfast area was sparkling clean and provided comprehensive breakfast items. The room was super quiet and large with a nice sitting area with a couch/sofa bed. The only challenge we had was with the elevator. The carpet was VERY dirty and needed not only vacuuming but also washing. When we come back, we're hoping the carpets will be cleaned. Overall, the cost paid for the accommodations was quite reasonable. This hotel needs serious consideration from those looking for a CLEAN, functional, and quiet hotel experience."

"Had the room with the large jetted tub. It was very clean, very quiet (although there was a music event nearby earlier in the evening which was pleasant. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the gym is open all night!"

"We have never been to a hotel more accommodating for dogs! They have areas to walk them all around, the river is right behind the hotel (we didn’t even know that) that had me pathways too. It was perfect. Only complaint hubby had was breakfast didn’t have bacon and sausage wasn’t the greatest haha! Beds & pillows were comfy too. Breakfast staff were so friendly! We will definitely look for Hampton Inns from now on to stay at with our pups."
