"Room appeared clean but housekeeping and maintenance was lacking. In room coffee had no creamer, sweetener available. Smoke detector in bedroom was missing battery. Sofa was hard as a rock. Breakfast needed attention. Coffee cups had no tops available, no butter available. We chose this hotel for pet friendly accommodations but although the room was fine for this purpose, the grounds outside the facility provided almost no area for dogs relieve themselves much less any play area.
