The place was disgusting, I did not get the room I ordered with one bed. He had to switch me to another one because of the system or something. The sheets were questionable with stains all over them. There was one pillow that was okay enough for me to put my head on. There was no remote to the TV. The Wi-Fi did not work. I could not park near the room. I was put in and I kept having to walk or drive rather to The main property in front of it check-in window because apparently that property doesn't have anybody there after a certain time and I was freezing colds and I just wanted to sleep. There were handprints on the wall. The paint missing from the ceiling. There was trash literally on the left side floor of the nightstand or whatever was in between the beds. I would never had stay there if I had none and I almost left and sacrificed the money but was exhausted from moving for 2 days

The property & rooms are misrepresented in the listing. It is a dirty, terribly run down motel 6. I couldn't run out of there fast enough.

Find somewhere else to stay. Cockroaches, room smelled, shower leaking upon entering the room and handle almost came off when turning it off, broken shelf with screws sticking out, stains on sheet and dirt and crumbs under the sheets. We checked out once we saw the cockroaches running around and booked a different hotel about 15 minutes away that was much better. Dealing with OYO’s customer service was a joke, sending the same messages and saying I would get a response for a refund then not. When expedia’s customer support called them they denied anything was wrong with the room.

I booked two rooms online last Friday and when I arrived they were overbooked and could not accommodate us, which I understand but when I requested my money for two rooms to be refunded, I have repeatedly been told I checked out of the room and completed my stay so they would not validate my claim. I have submitted the check-in to the hotel that I was able to get into 30 miles away for the same evening, I submitted the paper that the front desk person printed and gave to me, asking a neighboring hotel to give me a room that same night, to which they were also overbooked. It's been 4 days and I've talked to multiple people. This is an absolute nightmare to deal with so far.

This was a hell hole! We booked Ashland Studio Inn (ASI) for two rooms, 5 people, and 1 night. When we arrived, they transferred us to Days Inn, next door, because ASI was still refurbishing their inn. I believe they are "sister" inns, but was never told the relationship. In writing the "script" to explain what we had reserved, they stated we were supposed to be there for 2 nights (our reservation was for 1 night). The confusion and time consumed telling them what we had signed up for was extremely frustrating. When we got to our room, the refrigerator was making such a racquet that we unplugged it. There were only two working outlets, so charging our phones, and using our other plug-in devices was not possible. The other people (3) in our group used the toilet in their room and it immediately flooded the bathroom!!!! We went to the office asking for help, which they could not offer, and when we asked for towels to mop up the water and for a plumber to come and fix the toilet, they had ONLY 2 towels, and gave us a plunger! We asked for another room and they told us they were all sold out, which didn't seem to jibe with the number of vehicles in the parking lot. Anyway, the night was further difficult because several people were outside carousing loudly and we tossed and turned for several hours. Needless to say, we will NOT be returning. When we went to the local Waffle House and told them about our experience, they said that they had heard similar complaints in the past.

The air conditioning did not work. I did not stay due to dirty room and did not feel safe. The front desk clerk sent me to Days Inn which is where I stayed. I don’t care how cheap the room is. Run away and do not look back!

my room had several live and dead bugs. when offered a replacement room, the replacement had the smoke detector ripped out of the wall, with several wires sticking out.

Heating did not come on. The lobby was cold and employees had on coats and ere not friendly. The rooms were old, rundown and had roaches! The walkway outside my room had a sanitary product on the floor! I couldn't stay there more than a few hours.THE WORST PLACE EVER!

The rooms are lacking basic amenities like working lights and bulbs, no mini fridge, sinks don't work well, and the cockroaches are emerging again. The cost isnt worth it. The staff don't care.

Super sketchy hotel. Filthy dirty. There was a burn hole in my daughters pillow, there was a TV remote but NO TV. A desk chair but no desk. A rusty nail on the floor. Holes in the wall stuffed with toilet paper. A broken coffee maker, broken outlets. I have nothing good to say. Stay away!

Everything worked great in room. Place is a little dated but very clean and clean smelling. They are current in the process of updating and modernizing the rooms. Very friendly staff that will even follow up with you and makesure your stay was pleasant.
