"Our room smelled. I sprayed perfume and had the cleaning lady spray her freshner all around but it still smelled. I dont know if it was the carpet or the air conditioner. But the smell would not go away. And we were there 7 days. We didn’t want to move rooms, it would just have been too hard."

First of all I think the $150.00 incidental fee is not what the hotel is worth, it should not be that high, no disrespect but this is not the Hilton or a high scale hotel.
