Ww never stayed in the 2 rooms that were reserved. Expedia allowed for rooms to be booked at the red roof location in chester Virginia, all to drive 7 hours and the hotel not have any rooms available do to maintenance issues. So at 12:15am me and 7 family members had to look for another hotel.

Very comfortable beds, large rooms with plenty of space. Wonderful air conditioning that was constant through the night. The shower was good, decent temperature and pressure, and it was accessible.

The room is clean with clean linens and comfortable bed. The room does not smell of smoke. There was no remote for the tv and no cups for drinking but we are here to catch a few hours of sleep and we have all we need.

There is no elevator, the parking lot had several different groups gathered and drinking. The smell of pot was sickening. Three dead roaches upon entering the room and the furniture looked like an animal scratched and dug into it. Didn’t sleep much worrying that the outside doors weren’t locked. We needed a convenient spot to stay with our dog halfway to our destination and I tried to find something reasonable, def get what you pay for. Never again!

A hotel w/ quiet room convenient spot off Rt. 95

A very convenient spot off the highway Rt.95 for travellers. It's also very quiet for a night sleep. However, wish it's easier to reach the Front Desk by a phone call on the road or an easy to find button/link in the confirmation email for us to reach when we need to.
