"I tried contacting you to discuss this relocation due to a let down on a prior booking in the Galle Fort area but your system doesn’t allow it. I appreciated the efforts of the advisors to help me secure another but it was a poor choice. No wifi TV that only allows playback via devices Made for very lonely evenings. Bathroom and kitchen areas could with daily cleaning - sink was not very pleasant.lLikewise bedding/towel could have fresh each day. Electrics in the bathroom not sure how safe....

"My stay at this hostel was fantastic! Highly recommend. I booked a private room and it was perfectly spotless, felt quite clean, was well designed and felt like a boutique hotel. The front desk service was great, and easy to ask questions regarding train times through WhatsApp, and they even accommodated check out an hour earlier so I could do a morning surf lesson and wash up without rushing.
