"All staff was super friendly. Room spacious and with good amenities. Close to all main attractions by foot. Classic style and with good personality. They give a pass for public transportation which was a plus and saved us money. Breakfast not included, but there are so many great options in the city for a quick bite. We check out and went to the city for the day and they kept our luggage for free. Nice and quiet location. I recommend Hotel Royal Luzern to everyone. Just to mention that is uphill...

"A most wonderful hotel in a terrific neighborhood within walking distance of the lake. The rooms are very spacious, beautifully designed and elegantly decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom with walk-in shower and enough room for a stool was accommodated two sinks and plenty of good quality towels. The staff was delightful, prompt and super efficient.
Room and maid service were excellent.
Breakfast at CH 42 seems expensive .But for us it is THE Go -TO address in Zurich....
