"Beautiful hotel in a great neighborhood. Very quiet, very comfortable room. Everything was clean and comfortable and the staff was very nice. They upgraded us to a room with a balcony and that was lovely! There is massive construction going on at the building next door so we were woken up at 8am by drilling etc, but we were out and about all day so it wasn’t too much of a bother. "AC wasn’t working until a couple or hours later. Some of the outlets did not work. Hair dryer was broken. The fire alarm went off at 0230 and they were no announcements. Tried to contact the front desk and there was no answer. Lift at the entrance was not working and we had to haul luggage up the stairs. No help available to assist."
