"I really enjoyed my stay at KASA in Nashville. The location was convenient, and having an in-unit washer and dryer made my stay even more comfortable. The room was clean, modern, and well maintained.
The virtual support team was outstanding. The entire check-in and check-out process was seamless, with everything handled digitally. I never had any issues with keys, access, or communication. Whenever I had a question, the team was responsive, helpful, and accommodating.
The parking was excellent...

"Overall, the location was great, it's walking distance to Broadway, making it easy to get around, and there was a Starbucks nearby, which was convenient for morning coffee. The amenities within the room were a plus, having a full kitchen was nice and having in room laundry was great.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing. The walls had noticeable spill marks, baseboards and floors were dirty, and there was hair in bathroom and shower upon arrival, even part of the shower...

"Great place for multiple people. Location was great and not hard to find. The bunk bed and pull out bed are a little unsteady but we made do! Very clean and cool theme for a bachelorette party."

"Beautiful old building and nice sized suites. Some aspects of unit required repair which should have been addressed prior to renting again. King bed was incredibly comfy. Several encounters of miscommunication would have me thinking twice about staying at a property without a staff representative on site, in the future."

"The property was perfect for us. It was in a walkable area with plenty of restaurants. Also centrally located for all the things in Nashville we were interested in.
The accessibility of the unit was very good. I would add two extra grab bars in shower to increase accessibility. Also have an option available for guests to request a shower chair.
Living area very nice. Lighting and perhaps table in living room should be updated. I would also add a couple of bar stools since there is not a...
