"It was a very nice, older hotel. Great location if you want to be close to times square. Basically no amenities. Would have liked a fridge, microwave and coffee maker."

"The hotel was very clean, staff was exceptionally attentive, the beds were incredible, and the location cannot be beat. We took the subway from JFK and the stop is right at the corner where the hotel was. We walked to Times Square and theaters and the Empire State Building, and took the bus and train to get to other places - it was so easy from the hotel. I would absolutely stay here again. The elevators are a little bit of a pain and can be slow, but most of the time they were not a problem. Just leave a little extra time if you’re on a schedule."

"Hotel location was great …..getting cabs etc was great helping to get back to airport…concierge service was great……...one problem was restaurant on 8th floor…… food was terrible ….. we ate dinner there and brunch ….. $49 for a brunch ….2 people for breakfast was over $100……dinner not good……expected much more for a 5 star hotel… ….."
