"Amazingly safe, great location, clean, friendly and fast front desk and bellmen/doormen. Housekeeping was super fast and responsive. Greatest location for Theater District near tons of restaurants and close to both Upper West and Eastside and Central Park and most importantly the E and C subway lines. It's amazing!"

"The Staff was very friendly. We did not have a fridge in our room and asked front desk if they could keep an item we bought cold overnight until we left the next day. They told us they could bring a fridge to our room and within 30 minutes or less we had the fridge. Hotel was very clean and security was available to ensure all guest were safe. Loved the view from our room!"

"The staff at the hotel were very nice and helpful, administering to all our requests happily. After the end of our one night stay, my son and I wanted to go on a ferry around the New York coast to see the statue of liberty. The tour ended at one so it meant we could only get back to check out at one thirty, and the staff did not charge us extra. Also, we needed to go to the Greyhound bus terminal and had lots of heavy luggage, and one of the staff gladly helped carry some of our luggage. He also guided us to the terminal. A rooms were small but otherwise clean and tidy. Very nice hotel!"
