Stayed 31 Oct–1 Nov 2025 at Any One Apartments (booked via Hotels.com). The experience was disappointing from arrival: waited ~15 minutes outside due to lack of staff support and found access confusing with multiple locks. The listing was misleading—what I expected to be a self-contained apartment had key facilities (sofas/TV) in a communal area, and the room itself was very small. The shower was lukewarm and the holder broken, so it had to be handheld. The bed was too small for a 6-ft adult....

"The whole process of being able to stay there was awful.
I had emails asking me to verify my identity but no correct link sent.
I was threatened with a cancellation without refund desite the fact they had not given me the opportunity to do what they asked.
Having finally been sent a link I verified and arrived to be told this was very common.
At the property Fire Doors were constantly janmed open."

"Unfortunately there was a lot of dust in the property, the door to bathroom was so dusty you could write on it also the shelf next to the safe was also covered in dust. The handle to the living room/ kitchen was missing. There was no air conditioning but there were a couple of floor fans and portable radiators if required. Beds were clean and comfortable.
As it was very hot the few days we were there we were surprised that the radiators in the hallways were on making it.

"was able to park just in front of stable room
work is in progress at the property so didnt look its best on the outside,inside was fab we had everything we needed plus extras like fridge ,toaster,microwave plenty of plates mugs dishes good drinks making equipment,single beds were comfy and spotless,tv was a bit confusing but we managed in the end,we had a lot of noise on the 2 nd evening and early morning could have been the workmen🙄
the royal oak pub is extremely welcoming drinks and meals...
