Room had everything you needed and got cleaned within our stay which doesnt normally happen in an apartment. Staff were friendly and when my travel plug didn’t work they were on hand with a spare which I could keep for whole of trip. If we ever visit Zurich again I would definitely stay here."

Tram #3 also takes you to Main Station HB for TGV express to Paris and other European cities! I highly recommend Crown Plaza IHG Zurich! The best 4 star hotel in Switzerland!,"

"Clean hotel, helpful staff. I liked the bar and the restaurant at the hotel. Also the rooms were spacious and clean. The pillows might need to be replaced at some point. But overall it was a great stay for the night between our flights. Great access to and from airport with the free shuttle."
