"We loved the area of this property. We could walk everywhere and the neighborhood was safe and welcoming. The beds were sooo comfortable and lots of great personal touches. It was a bit tough to find (for future guests, you are looking for an upstairs unit) but once we settled in all went very well."

A previous guest had signed in to a streaming service, so I didn't have to bother my lovely wife, but that really should be cleared after each stay. "The room and the bathroom were clean the moment we walked in. The view from the 11th floor was everything. I will definitely stay here again. The only downside was the parking. $45/day for valet"

"My room smelled like sewer gas. It was coming from the shower. The room was run down and the breakfast was empty by 8am and not refilled."

"Breakfast was a buffet that always had oatmeal, cereal, multiple kinds of fresh fruit, bacon, eggs, potatoes, and sometimes French toast. Served was very pleasant. Air conditioner worked great which was needed due to high humidity the week we stayed in Columbus. Location was awesome to catch the zoo bus and other bus stops were also within walking distance. We would stay there again."
