Meget bra beligihet, god service, og sengetøy er ren, men kunne være mindre sintetiske (meget allergitilkallende). Allers for slik pris er det bra hotel

Cosy rooms and nice neighbourhood
It was minus 21 degrees C, and I was worried the hotel would be cold, but it was really toasty, with heat coming through the radiator and floor throughout the night. The hotel is in a great location, with nice bars, restaurants and coffee shops on the doorstep. You could also get free water and coffee from reception, and the receptionists were lovely. The building and rooms looked cool in a traditional way, although our bathroom tiles were loose. It was 25 minutes walk to the old town.

Super fint lille hotel, kun 20 min gang fra den gamle by. Fin morgenmads buffet, og lækkert værelse!

It is very quiet despite hotel being nearly in the centre of the city. The shops, public transport and dining options are on the doorstep. City centre is in 10 minutes walk and old town in 15 minutes walk. The staff was polite and hotel was clean and warm during my visit in December 2023. I would book it for my next visit without hesitation.

Cold room
Room was very cold. Staff said its not hotels fault as in Riga heating is not turned on. I believe that although hotel is not responsible for heating in Riga, it has responsibility for its customers to provide comfortable accomodation as its the service that they are providing. Thus they could have organized some heaters etc in rooms to enable warm rooms still!

Almost everyone in the reception Was talking very bad English. Many customers had problems with the reception. Nobody in the reception was happy. The room smelled bacon every morning. Really bad smell! No air-condition downstairs? They was not so helpful. It was impossible to solve a shower to me after my run race. I have over 200 hotel nights every year and never seen this. After a lot of discussion I got to borrow a towel and washed me a little in the toilet. When I arrived the room was very dirty. It was hair from the under region at the toilet. Discussting. And the cleaning didn't even changed the towels.

Very Enjoyable stay
Was over for the football with my Son. Location was excellent for the Old Town (about 20 Min) and the Stadium (5 min). Staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was very good and prices reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

They opened my door for a stranger
During one night the service staff opened the door for a complete stranger while I was trying to sleep. I was staying alone. Also, the room was sweltering hot even when outside temperature was less than 20 celcius.

Customer service was quite reluctant and booking details were not clear to the staff. The hotel was a bit rough and the room was not inviting. Air quality was not good. Also a city tax was additionally charged, even though I thought it should have been included in the total booking fee.

Hyvä hintalaatusuhde, mutta ilmastoinnin puute häiritsi yöunia. Sijainti vähän syrjässä, mutta pystyy liikkumaan kävellen ympäriinsä. Aamupala suppeahko, mutta ihan ok. Ystävällinen palvelu.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds, quiet rooms. My only complaint is that I was travelling for business and the wi-fi continuously cut-out during my stay, making it difficult to work.

Dejligt hotel
Det var et dejligt sted, elevatoren gik i stykker torsdag, og ville først blive lavet mandag. Vi boede på 4sal så det var ikke godt nok. 2 ud af 3 dage var der ikke bacon til morgenmad.

Pleasant stay
It was a nice little hotel not too far away from the touristic sights. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. There was also a fridge and a little stove in the room, which was a nice option to have if we didn't feel like eating out. We arrived late and checking in was made really easy with self check in instructions.

Ottimo hotel e rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente
Hotel molto confortevole e con servizio eccellente. Colazione varia ed abbondante. Buona la posizione, a circa 15 minuti a piedi dal centro. Molta disponibilità in reception a fornire informazioni, ed in particolare una nota di merito per llse (non so se il nome è corretto) che faceva il turno serale/notturno ed ha dimostrato una gentilezza ed una cortesia impagabili. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è buonissimo. Consigliatissimo !!

The location was excellent, though the street was noisy at night, with traffic and nearby bars. The free coffee and filtered cold water were a real bonus.

Trevlig och mycket tillmötesgående personal. Inga problem med sen incheckning och bagageförvaring när vi checkat ut. Bra läge lite utanför stadskärnan. Städningen var okej. Litet rum, få tv-kanaler. Wi-Fi endast på rummet. Enkel frukost, inget fantastiskt men man kunde äta sig mätt. Hissen går till trappavsatserna mellan våningarna så man måste kunna gå i trapppor.
