I had an ok stay. The room was clean, but the bathroom had some mold in the shower/tub. Looks like the cleaning staff needs to be better at using some bleach. Tru by Hilton Idaho Falls
Poor customer service. Fire alarm went off in the mdidle of the night - reason was "it's on the fritz." Asked to schedule an airport shuttle that did not stop for me. Wifi was only available on phone - not computer. Overall disappointing service.

Kingston East
What a wonderful place to stay and wonderul customer service! We had booked another place, we had issues the moment we arrived. Looked for another place and found the kingston east. Highly recommended! Close to everything, even the Temple.

I don't write reviews very often. Every detail from the high quality linens, comfortable beds, and pillows, and luxury soaps was well thought out.
