On arrival we were greeted personally by Paolo who upgraded us to the best room in the resort, helped us with the luggage and gave us a tour of the whole property. The Poggio feels like a private villa in the middle of Tuscany, the views at breakfast on the manicured lawns are to die for and the breakfast itself was delicious!
