"I will start by saying that the courtyard is lovely, and having a sliding door that opens into the courtyard was great. However, upon checking in and getting to our room, we soon realized that the keys had not actually been activated, so my husband had to go back to the front desk and get new keys. Once that was complete and we did actually get into the room we realized it had not been cleaned from the previous guests, at all. So back to the front desk he went to get a new room assigned to us. When we got into the new room and opened the sliding door to the courtyard, the screen door literally fell over. It was not hinged onto the frame at all. And, the pool is closed for the “season” which had not been disclosed to us in any way. All that to say, the hotel has wonderful potential, but clearly needs new management."

"beautiful grounds. Room was nice and we liked the sliding door to the patio. 2 beds would have been a little better than a king. Restaurant was closed MT so we had to drive into Payson to eat dinner. Room was quiet. We rested well."

"The staff were friendly and the room was very clean. It was a perfect place to rest for 1 night since we were driving through. It was a perfect location with plenty of restaurants and gas stations nearby. I would stay there again."
