"The hotel is well situated and an ideal base for families who want a bit of a sanctuary away from the main hustle and bustle but still close enough you can walk to those areas in 10-15minutes. The rooms were well furnished, clean and beds super comfortable. The Hydropool was great to relax in at the end of a day sightseeing."

"En marchant quelques minutes on arrive à la gare de tram pour aller rapidement dans le centre de Florence. Cet hôtel est donc plutôt bien situé hors ZTL, La rue qui passe juste devant est un peu bruyante avec la circulation mais rien de grave. Buffet de petit déjeuner de qualité…mais il fait très chaud dans la salle. Chambre très bien même si la salle de bain mériterait un rafraîchissement."

"This place is wonderful. Perfect location close enough to the Ponte Vecchio but far enough from it that the foot traffic feels at arms length. The front desk staff is super warm and the location is beautiful. Make sure to check out the courtyard next to the front desk area and also the stunning roof top bar views. I found this spot to be exactly where I wanted to start and finish my daily walking journeys. Slip into the nearby side streets for some great cafes, restaurants and Osterias."

"For the price that we paid we thought we would get to enjoy the roof top. It was packed with college people who live on site (i don't have a problem with them living onsite, think it's a great idea, but if i would have known i would have chosen differently). In the room the air conditioning wouldn't go below 20 they have it locked and the noise from the very busy street kept us awake. "No 24 hour shuttle to airport as advertised (it cost about 100-200 euros to get your own transportation). The hotel Charges 2.5 Euros each way for their shuttle to and from the city. The shuttle drops you off about a mile from the actual city center no where near anything and it has other stops on the way, it also has limited pick up and drop offs. It is cheaper and more convenient to take the city bus. The air conditioning was blowing hot air on the lowest setting the first 2 nights,...
