War ein toller Urlaub. Toller Service und Personal ist auch sehr freundlich. Zimmer waren sauber und mit schönem Balkon. Essen war ebenfalls top. Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe. Läden sowie Restaurants in der Nähe sind vielfältig und zufriedenstellend! Vielen Dank für diese Erfahrung!!! Jederzeit gerne wieder! Grazie!

Una bella vacanza

Soggiornato in questo hotel una decina di giorni per le vacanze estive in agosto e ci è piaciuto molto. La posizione è comoda a due passi dal mare in corrispondenza del bagno 78 anche se puoi scegliere quello che vuoi. L'hotel è convenzionato con il bagno 67. Accoglienza ottima grazie al ragazzo alla reception (giovane con capelli rasati) che è stato molto gentile,cortese e professionale. Camera confortevole dotata di aria condizionata, tv, bagno con doccia non romagnola ma con porte scorrevoli. Terrazzo piuttosto grande con tavolo e sedia. Colazione intercontinentale,abbondante con cibi salati e dolci servita a buffet al piano primo dalle 7 30 alle 10 30. Esperienza positiva che speriamo di ripetere il prossimo anno! Un buon lavoro a tutto lo staff dell'Ariminum, grazie!!😊

Unser Aufenthalt und Quality Check

Das Hotel liegt sehr Zentral zu allen Bereichen in Rimini. Zum Meer sind es 3 Minuten Fussweg und zum Hotel Beach ca. 5 Minuten. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein für zwei Personen, es ist alles sehr eng. (Zimmer mit Meerblick) Das Frühstück ist immer gleich und zu viel süsses anstatt Salziges, es gab Gebäck und Croissant aber dafür keine Oliven, Gurken, Tomaten usw. (Geringe Auswahl) Das Putzpersonal ist immer sehr früh aktiv gewesen, ca. ab 7:30 Uhr wurde sehr viel Lärm gemacht. (Hellhörige Zimmer) Das einzig beste und erwähnenswerte ist am Empfang Herr Besmir, er ist als einziger in diesem Hotel der Ahnung hat, jedesmal Professionell handelt, mit seiner ruhigen/positiven Art jede Verzweiflung ruhen lässt und eine kulante Lösung findet. Danke dafür an Herrn Besmir, weiterhin viel viel Erfolg und alles gute für seine Zukunft. (Meines Erachtens sollte er für das gesamte Hotelmanagement zuständig sein, damit in diesem Hotel sich sehr vieles im Positiven ändert) Herzliche Grüsse Ubey Yilmaz

La chambre et toilette pas propre de tout, pour un hôtel 4 étoile. Ont dirait que le temps s’arrête dans cette hôtel. La toilette inadmissible, j’ai des photos pour vous montrer. Le petit déjeuner basique, produits achetés dans petit marché. Pendent 10 jour toujours la même chose, aucune changement, toujours la même chose. Vraiment dégoûté.

Das Hotel liegt in einer sehr guten, zentralen Lage von Rimini. Nur einige Schritte vom Strand entfernt eignet es sich hervorragend für einen entspannten Urlaub am Meer. Besonders gefallen hat mir das ausgesprochen freundliche, zuvorkommende Personal. Vom ersten Kontakt bis zum Check Out habe ich mich rundum wohl und willkommen geheißen gefühlt. Und das obwohl ich das Personal mit einigen extra Wünschen in Anspruch genommen habe. Auch die exzellente Sauberkeit des room service und das gute, für Italien sehr reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet möchte ich loben. Ich habe das Hotel zudem als sehr kinderfreundlich empfunden, was meiner kleinen Tochter sehr gefallen hat. Kurzum, ein rundum gelungener Urlaub in Rimini. Wir würden sicher wieder kommen, wenn wir die nächste Reise nach Rimini planen.
