"The air condition was effective and life saving, as we arrived during the 3rd heatwave to Benidorm. Saulo, the multitasking receptionist was amazing, he succesfully tried to get all we asked for. The property was very clean, and in good condotion. The bed's mattress was just perfect (I am having problem with my lower back as I served 7.5 years in the army). This mattress was better then our one in Scotland. The wiev is stunning. We spend a lot of time sitting on the balcony, watching the...

We were half board and were told we could swap from dinner to lunch when we arrived however when we tried to do this on one of our days the restaurant staff advised that we cant do single days and we would need to pay for that day or change to lunch for our whole stay.
Other than that the hotel was excellent. Spotlessly clean,...

"The apartment was clean, comfortable and we had a good view from a high floor. Found a slightly more gentle walk up the hill via Calle Londres. A nice quiet part of town and a short walk down to the beach and main town.
