"The room was clean and the air con worked well. I had a city view which is ok if you don’t want to use the balcony much. I was out a lot and I only hired the room to get my head down. Staff are amazing, very reliable and very polite. The rooms are good value for money!"

"Hotel was just amazing and a little oasis in the middle of Benidorm, welcome drinks on arrival, Nuxe amenities in the room, pool towels provided. Our room was nice and big and most importantly clean. We had breakfast included, there was plenty to choose from and all fresh, nice touch as had takeaway cups to be able to take a drink with you. "Tuve la peor experiencia de mi vida en este hotel, los ascensores la mayoría de las veces no funcionaban, la habitación en 5 días q estuvimos nunca tiraron la basura y la limpiaban muy mal, el aire acondicionado nunca funcionó y todos los días íbamos a quejarnos a la recepción y nos decían q lo arreglarían y nunca lo hicieron, lo mejorcito del hotel fue el bufe, y la piscina creo q es demasiado pequeña para las dimensiones y lo lleno que se pone el hotel"

"Great setting, lovely hotel, lovely pools & the included entry into the two theme parks was excellent. It was a busy weekend & feel the staff were overwhelmed at times, also apart from one or two members of staff, the rest of the staff always looked after, served etc etc the Spanish guests first & foremost, which was frustrating as we are Scottish but after living in Spain for 21 years & speaking Spanish was very frustrating. My wife suffered an injury due to water leaking into the floor...

"Stayed 3 nights in room overlooking pool bar. Room was great, comfortable bed, great aircon (had to figure it out myself), shower was as powerful as ive had in any hotel. Room was spotless on arrival and cleaned daily to a great standard, though Im a bit ocd anyway. Food was good in restaurant.
