"I do not give 5 stars unless they deserve it in this case they fully deserve it. We stayed 2 nights and everything about the hotel was awesome. The staff and service was tip class (in fact it was the best ever I have experienced in many many years).
The minibar is all included and is restocked every day.
It was 5 minutes walk from the Interlaken out train station and ideally located.
There was harder kullam entry 5 minutes away and viewable from our room balcony.
The view from the balcony was great.
The concierge (Luke) was also very helpful. His restaurant recommendations were great.
The breakfast was absolutely wonderful. Being a vegetarian i really appreciated the many good options they had. They always had at least 1 indian dish. They had a juice machine with fruits, ginger and celery right there and tiu could juice ot yourself.
All is all a great experience
