We stayed at Américas Gaivota Hotel for one night and it was a horrible experience. We arrived around 10:00 pm and the room was dirty and old, with stained sheets and mold in the bathroom. Within minutes, my husband was bitten multiple times by mosquitoes, we killed several but they just kept coming. I was also bitten on my leg before even falling asleep. After less than an hour of trying, we had to leave because it was impossible to rest. The hallway and even the lobby were full of mosquitoes, and the staff member at the desk was swatting them away while talking to us. Very disappointing stay and definitely not recommended.

É um hotel bem razoável. No meu quarto, as cortinas de blackout estavam imundas, fora que as cortinas eram menores do que a própria janela, então o quarto ficava super claro logo às 6 horas da manhã. Pra quem tem problema de dormir com claridade e quer descansar até mais tarde com certeza vai se incomodar com isso. O lençol da cama nem era realmente um lençol, era um pano fino colocado por cima do colchão que saia facilmente e deixava o colchão amostra. No meu caso, o lençol, além de tudo, estava com alguns pequenos rasgos e manchas. O banheiro do quarto que peguei era minúsculo. O café da manhã é ok, não é ruim, mas também não é maravilhoso. A localização é boa.

Localização muito boa, café da manhã bom com variedades, atendimento bom, hotel com boa estrutura porém a limpeza e manutenção deixou a desejar, quarto com chão grudento de sal e areia, banheiro com vasamento na descarga e quando toma banho a água do chuveiro vaza entre o box e escorre atrás do vaso molhando o banheiro todo, toda vez que saíamos do quarto era dificuldade para abrir a porta com o cartão magnético pois dava erro e algumas vezes precisava voltar na recepção para reconfigurar.
