The bathroom was quite dirty with some of the trim being rotten from mould and whatnot. The bathroom also had gnats in it. The curtain for the window was also broken and had major holes in it. The staff were very friendly however and helped me out in my travels.

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and was very disappointed. The room was missing what I consider basic amenities: no mini fridge, no microwave, no hair dryer, and no iron. When I checked in, I noticed the bathroom floor towel was dirty with shoe marks. I requested room service on the 4th day, and all they did was hang the same towels back up instead of replacing them. The surrounding area felt a little unsafe, though we did find a nice bar and bakery just a 5 minute walk away.

PÉSSIMO HOTEL

Viagei a madeugada inteira para chegar no hotel e ficar esperando por horas, sem contar que tudo é pago até para guardar as malas. Os quartos estão com aparência de velho. Não tive uma boa experiência, dei sorte que apenas uma recepcionista me adiantou para pegar as chaves.

Quarto confortável, localização boa, pertinho da Lapa. O que nao gostei é que cheguei um pouco cedo no hotel, perguntei se poderia deixar a mala la ate o horario do check-in, falaram que poderia mediante o pagamento de 30 reais, concordei em pagar, porem o pagamento é realizado diretamente para o pix do colaborador do hotel, o pagamento não é para o hotel, ou seja, nao sei se o hotel sabe desta prática.

É muito caro. E também muito ruim

Não tem sequer um frigobar; não tinha toalhas e panos de piso. Tive que descer pra buscar. Isso porque não tem no telefone o número da recepção. E a arrumadeira do andar não sabia o ramal. Se você tomar uma água quente disponível no quarto, vais pagar $7. E esse pacote ainda custa quase $300/Dia.

Estadia terrível pela ausência de frigobar no quarto obrigando a solicita gelo no restaurante, pois o hotel tem clara intenção de forçar os hospedes a comprarem os itens de tomar por preços elevados. O fato em questão é inaceitável, pois, em se tratando de uma cidade como o Rio de Janeiro conhecida por calor e praia, é de se esperar que haja a necessidade de ingestão de líquidos gelados. Por conta de um vazamento com origem no entupimento do ralo, foi solicitada a limpeza que infelizmente não ocorreu.

Limpeza e café da manhã precários.

Ficamos três dias no hotel, essa foi a segunda vez que nos hospedamos no atlantico prime. Mas dessa vez a experiência não foi muito boa, o quarto estava sujo, inclusive embaixo das camas, encima dos quadro e móveis, muito pó, é nítido que a limpeza foi feita por cima, no banheiro o box estava imundo, tempos que não se via água, tinha até crosta, informamos na recepção mas não foi reparado o problema. Já o café da manhã todo dia a mesma coisa, frutas passadas ou verdes, Danone só vi no meu último dia de hospedagem, acredito que eles não fizeram a reposição nos outros dias, suco puro xarope, não ache que vai ser natural.
