Very dirty, broken, bad smelling ”clean” towels. It can’t be a 4 star hotel there’s no way. Staff was friendly and breakfast was fine. But it doesn’t look like in the photos at all
Room amenities adequate, including a safe, a fridge, proper lighting, enough plug in outlets. Bathroom was clean but space is tight. Breakfast is adequate but it is the same everyday. Staff doesn't really clean the placemats on the table, they just remove the dirty dishes and left the table untouched, so the placemat could be quite sticky.
The hotel itself was beautiful, clean and modern. The low stars is for the customer service, when we requested items we needed like toilet paper, towels etc, sometimes they would not be brought to us. Also the cleaning crew won’t come back later, we were told if they didn’t do the cleaning at the time they came they would not come back. At one point, after 2 days we asked for clean towels and were told laundry wasn’t done so had to wait until the next day. Service ruined the experience a bit but overall the hotel was in a close location to the beach and overall clean. I don’t think I’d stay again.

Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly, and breakfast was good. The location was pretty close to the beach and restaurants. Some negatives for this hotel were: no hot water in the shower, several buttons on the elevators didn’t work (including for the floor that we stayed on), and the lights in the stairwell didn’t work.
I just liked the location, food was very poor and it was dirty and tiny place, I won’t be there again and can’t say that I would recommend a friend to stay there
First day that I got there I wasn’t able to do early check in after I had asked in advance and was told I could, I ended up leaving my bags in there storage which they charged go but at least I was able to leave my bags. Room was in terrible conditions doors was breaking in the bottom water would come out of the floors after showering, they provide room service two days after your check in so if you need a towel before the two days they won’t give it to you.
Room very small, supposed to be cleaned every day but they just tidy up a bit, they don't clean anything and a few times they didn't even change the dirty towels.
We arrived earlier so we asked if we could leave the suitcases and come back later for the check in. They asked us over £100 for that...ridiculous, never seen in any hotel! We went to the hostel round the corner and we could leave the suitcases for £10 even if we hadn't booked a room!
This place was not a 4 star at all! We arrived early I asked for an early check in and I’m pretty sure the guy just pocketed the money because he said it would be $300 reals in cash to check us in early versus showing us a rate. The beds literally just had 2 sheets on it and a pillow. Not even a fitted sheet and they had stains! The mattress was showing and so uncomfortable and incredibly gross. There was a roach that came out of nowhere and was on the pillow. We asked for a change of sheets that took hours for a response. We then received only another sheet and pillow. The towels were stained, one of the elevators didn’t work to our floor so we had to always wait for the other elevator. The room is small, we were so turned off by the cleanliness we didn’t even want to try the breakfast. I do not recommend especially for the price they’re charging, better off somewhere else. We even had another neighbour blasting music at 5 am. Don’t have any high expectations and be okay with feeling like you just got scammed for your money. Also, there’s reviews of people coming in at stealing from your room! Be aware we saw it after and were afraid to have our room cleaned out our entire stay.

lo mejor la ubicación, las habitaciones mínimas, la higiene buena en gral, el edificio muy congestionado ascensores y uno fuera de servicio casi toda la estancia, personal recepción muy bien, a destacar. áreas desayuno y comedor poca predisposición en gral.
Tudo complicado, corredores em obras, cheiro forte de tinta que se espalhou para os quartos, quarto sem higiene pois não teve serviço de quarto, ao fazer checkout computadores com problema, enfim péssima experiência. Ar-condicionado muito barulhento e antigo, realmente hotel ficou muito abaixo das expectativas.
O colchão do quarto era extremamente duro, acordei com dores no corpo e quando pedi para trocar me informaram que era o padrão do hotel. Questionei pois havia entrado no quarto de outros amigos e os colchões eram de mola, depois disso trocaram.
Do banheiro saía um cheiro de esgoto muito forte, o dia inteiro. Se deixavamos a porta do banheiro aberta, o quarto todo cheirava, se deixavamos fechada, ficava muito úmido e o cheiro ainda mais forte pois não tinha janela nem exaustor.
Por último, mas que no fim não afetou tanto pois os problemas do quarto eram maiores, o café da manhã deixou a desejar, haviam moscas nas frutas e frios e pouca variedade

A PIA DO BANHEIRO NUNCA ERA LIMPA, TIVEMOS QUE LIMPAR NÓS MESMOS E TAMBÉM PEDIR PARA A FUNCIONÁRIA DA LIMPEZA. PRECISEI TOMAR REMÉDIO EM GOTAS E PRECISAVA APENAS DE UMA COLHER PARA COLOCAR O REMÉDIO E O HOTEL SE RECUSOU A OFERECER UMA MÍSERA COLHER!!!!!!
