"The room was stylish and functional. The bathroom is excellent with good amenities and great control of water temperature and pressure. The staff are lovely, very helpful and very kind.
The breakfast is the best I’ve seen at any hotel recently both in presentation and the quality of the food."
"The whole experience was unreal and I'm not sure I can holiday anywhere else with kids ever again. The kids club, activities, staff, food, spa, pool, room - EVERYTHING was amazing.
If you're English and worried about language barriers for the kids, we had no issues, all the staff speak great english and at dinner you get a set table which is near other English speaking families to easily make friends. A couple of the kids shows are in Italian but our toddler still loved them and all the outings have English translation
Honestly just book it, there's no way you'll be disappointed and the magic of this place just can't be captured in photos or words."
