"Christophe and his family were amazing hosts. The breakfast was incredible and fit for a king. The grounds, room and pool were decorated beautifully and very well maintained. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. We highly recommend this place."

Deben mejorar la calidad de las bebidas, jugos y cocteles demasiado aguados.
Se sugiere mayor observación sobre normas de ruido y de no fumar (observamos personas fumando en el área de la piscina y personas con bocinas individuales a volumen muy alto)."

"Overall, the property itself is nice, and it offers what you would generally expect from an all-inclusive resort. Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by extremely poor customer service, particularly from the front desk and security staff.
When we checked in, the hotel mistakenly gave us the wrong wristbands. The following day, security approached us and aggressively escorted us across the resort—while we were wet, and covered in sand—to the front desk because of their mistake....

"The property is very comfortable for short stays, easily accommodates 4 persons. It is essentially a spacious hotel room with a kitchen and a big balcony. The elevator is right in front of the entrance. The condo is close to the huge pool and a beautiful beach. Beds are comfortable and there is a full closet and additional storage space in the room. We had an excellent stay and will look forward to coming back"
