"The room was dirty. There was a booger stuck to the bedsheet. The other bed had crumbs when you pulled back the sheets. The bathroom had a clump of someone’s hair on the floor and the hallway by the door had fuzz and crumbs. It was not a clean room by any means. When I told the front desk staff..she offered me some free waters from the snack area. I even showed her the video of how dirty my room was. What a joke! I should’ve been refunded for my stay. Will never stay here again."

"The person who was staying above room 214 was making a bunch of noise and sounded like they were running around the room - It was 2am! Made a complaint and asked if we could get a refund for the night or any other accommodations, but all the was offered was a breakfast voucher and a check out extension is 1pm. This was frustrating and handled poorly in my opinion."

"They overbooked and didn’t have the suite my reservation was for available, so I had to wait for another 45 minutes until my downgraded room was. Then the TV in my room didn’t work, so I had to ask the front desk to send someone to fix it. The room itself was clean, but it ended up being pretty loud for most of the night because of a High School reunion going on downstairs. Not my favorite hotel stay."

"Nice hotel, quite new. Rooms are big but a little bit noisy for those on the road side. Breakfast is not good at all, should be improved in term of quality."

"The bathroom didn’t have an exhaust fan and the bed was reeeally uncomfortable!! I asked if I could change rooms, but none were available 😩."

"Book threw a 3rd party and needed a handy cap room. So when we got there the staff and manager was so understanding. All the employees were awesome. Only thing is by that he spa at night two many roaches the big one from out side. And the spa should have been cleaned early next morning: other than that I loved it and didn’t even mind our spider friends who visited our bathrooms and early morning. I old I stay there and recommend it to friends. With out a doubt. It was awesome."

"I thought it was odd that the motel allowed a derelict vehicle with broken windows and a flat tire to remain in their parking lot without a parking pass for days, yet wouldn't let me keep my car in the lot for a few extra hours after checking out. There was plenty of parking available too. I understand policy was policy, but I don't understand why policy was broken for someone else but upheld for me."

"This was a first stay at this Fairfield in about five years. It remains a pretty good low-cost place to stay for a night or two. The breakfast isn't quite as good as we remembered it, and the $10 per day they now charge for parking was off putting. Beyond that, the biggest downside to this location are the frequent freight train horn blasts throughout the night they can nothing about but nevertheless impact the quality of sleep."
