"It's been a while since we stayed there and always stayed on top floor before.
My husband has a bad back and can't do the stairs so I requested a downstairs room.
From the time the people upstairs came and through most of the night, it sounded like
they were stomping back and forth in their room. Was really disturbing in the middle of the night.
The hotel was sold out so I knew we couldn't exchange rooms.
I found out they were all there for a wedding.

"The internet service was spotty during our stay (which they admitted was a problem and they were fixing it). This is the main reason I gave only 4 stars. Otherwise, I really love the place. The location on the water is great. The restaurant, when open, is also great."

"Loved the staff Kendra and Danielle with great recommendations about local attractions. Great breakfast in the morning and so fun going to the S’mores and movie night in the Courtyard. Location of property is great to travel around Sonoma Coast."
