Precisei permanecer em Rio Verde por mais de umas 12 horas além do previsto e reservei esse hotel.Muito ruim,bem abaixo do padrão dos hotéis oferecidos pelo HOTEIS.COM. Roupa de cama e banho péssimas,limpeza precária.

O hotel tinha ótimas acomodação, mas acredito que falta comunicação da gestão para com os funcionários, visto que eles não sabiam da reserva, e tivemos dificuldades durante o check in.

Péssima impressão!

Tive uma péssima primeira impressão, cheguei não tinha quarto livre, esperei muito tempo até me arrumar uma chave, subi ao quarto tinha hóspede no mesmo! Voltei a estaca zero, depois de muito tempo arrumaram um quarto diferente do combinado, camas, de solteiro era de casa, ar condicionado não funcionava, toalhas encardidas, chuveiro que só era água muito quente, ou fria, a porta do box não fechava, e o hotel estava muito sujo. Infelizmente foi uma experiência péssima.

Reservei um quarto de casal, quando cheguei nao tinha quarto de casal disponível. Tive que ficar em um com cama de solteira, atendente que atendeu durante o dia foi meio rude quando perguntei sobre, ja o rapaz da noite super educado.

Não recomendo!!!! Chuveiro saindo água um jato para cada canto. Boxe não possui porta. Acento do vaso quebrado (quando vai usar incomoda). Porta do banheiro se fechar e quando abre estrala parecendo que está quebrando. Cama com colchão horrível! Café da manhã muito fraco (pão mucho)! Pra fechar com chave de ouro (a arrumadeira faz maior barulho pra arrumar outros quartos parecendo que está quebrando tudo!!!

Péssimo local! Se puder, nao reserve

O lugar é uma pocilga. Péssimo, horroroso. Não tinha roupa de cama no quarto (apenas o lençol cobrindo o colchão). Não tinha toalha, nem tapete, nem sabonete. Aparencia péssima, local do café da manha sujo, cheio de restos deixados por hospedes anteriores. Equipe do hotel nao usava mascara para atender. A unica recomendação que faço é para o Hoteis.com descadastrar esse lugar
