Check in was miserable. The workers were unpleasant and uncaring about the fact we had asked for a room not in the marina but we got one anyway. Told us to come back to desk after 20 minutes in vase they could switch us and when we showed up they said no anyway. Waste of time!

The property is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and very nice. There are a lot of restaurants and amenities. the food is good. Iguanas is EXCELLENT. The staff was very helpful and accommodating.
