"A nice hotel in a brilliant central location in Chur's old town. The room was spacious and we were grateful to be upgraded to a room with a coffee machine that supplied hot water for tea. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when we realised we hadn't brought the right travel adapter to fit Swiss electrical sockets, and the lady at reception lent us an adapter that worked. The buffet breakfast was decent as well, and we really appreciated the guest cards that gave us discounted...
"The staff were helpful and really listened and attended to our needs. The room was very pretty. We had a hot pot in the room so you could have tea or coffee (bring your own) in the room. View was really nice. Bed comfortable. I would stay there again."
