"To be fair, it was a VERY cold couple of days when we arrived. However, when we go there the room was very cold and the heater was very insufficient to bring the room up to temp. I actually wasn't "warm" until the following morning(!) Having run for over 12 hours. A good solution would be to see if the heat could be turned on well in advance of guest arriving on especially cold periods?
No worries...we survived!"
