The room itself also needs attention. The sofas and bed are outdated and should be repaired or replaced. "We had a very pleasant stay.It was warm,clean ,well equipped kitchen and very very generous amount of breakfast provided. Communication was excellent and we got all our amenities well. Highly recommended for a family of 4 or 5 for lotus 3 which was our stay for 2 nights.it was amazing .surely coming back again."

"The room was clean and beds were comfortable in the family room. The only issue was that there were no plates or cutlery which was inconvenient as we had trouble heating our food. If you are providing a microwave,then there should be plates provided too. Otherwise, the place was clean and is pet friendly."
