"Halls needed vacuuming, beds are uncomfortable in my opinion, bathroom was very small(the door almost hits the toilet seat), pool area was nice, bar and restaurant was a plus, customer service was good(she was new but didn’t give us any information on our stay, like breakfast times in restaurant, time pool is open or how to get to it and mentioned our complimentary cookies but never received) those things aren’t a big deal to me but are nice when they are helpful with those little details. Overall, I’d stay again, great location and parking was good. "

"I chose to stay at this hotel based on the information provided by the property. However, it was far from what was expected. First of all, the pool was locked up. As was the 'Breakfast' area. Their supposed breakfast time was listed on the wall sign, but they never opened. Finally, though the room APPEARED clean at first, cockroaches came out of the woodwork. I even took a picture of one as proof. The room itself looked nothing like the pictures. It had a bed, a small table for a desk, and broken furniture for the clothes to go in. The room itself was big, with plenty of space to add a seating area, but there was none. I do not recommend this hotel at all and will be turning them in to the BBB for false advertising and unclean properties."

"The location is prime BUT room itself was not worth the rate. The staff was great and helpful. The room we got was absolutely dirty. There were fingerprints on the wall in bathroom, the shower head had lots of rust and grime, the water did not get really hot and to top it off, when we pulled the sheets on our bed we found red ants. It looked like the room we stayed in the door had been previously broken or kicked in. I do not think my family and I will staying again."
