"The property and staff were fantastic! The limited rooms and the spacious property. Made you feel like you had the villa to yourself. The staff were attentive and all wonderful. The multiple areas to grab food and drinks made it feel like you were in a different property. The boat ride they arrange was the cherry on top. Spectacular. If you have a chance, stay in the Varenna room. A perfect way to get your Lake Como experience on. Overall, one of the best properties we’ve ever stayed at. "

"I normally do not write reviews; but, wanted to for this hotel. It is a small quaint hotel. It actually has a small pool and hot tub with incredible views. It is actually located in Vezio right outside of Varenna. At first, I was concerned about the location from Varenna. However, Rita the proprietor made sure we had transportation from the train station as well as to and from all of our points of interest. We seriously wanted for nothing. "This is my favorite hotel in all of Bellagio. It’s affordable and amazing. The employees are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious and the best breakfast view ever. The rooms are perfect. Ours had a balcony and side view of lake Como. Perfect place to start your morning with a cup of coffee or end your night with a glass of wine. Bus stops literally out in front of hotel for easy access to Como or to downtown Bellagio. It’s also an easy 15 minute safe walk to town. I can’t...

"We traveled to Bellagio early October 2025 for our honeymooon!! This hotel was amazing - it is absolutely the best place to stay in all of Lake Como, and possibly all of Italy. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive. They often remembered our drink orders from the previous day and recognized us when we came and went. "L’hôtel se trouve à quelques pas du magnifique Lac de Côme où il y a un traversier ⛴️ à toutes les hres si vous voulez faire un tour à Bellagio où Côme pour pas cher et vous pouvez aussi louer une moto à 1/2 km sur la route principale chez Agostini moto et à pied vous pouvez aller au musée Moto Guzzi gratuit 🆓 Ps j’avais la dernière chambre au grenier qui est tous rénovée , très bien, juste un bémol la dernière escalier pour se rendre à la chambre est très étroite pour des grosses valises !
