"Wir waren um 15:00 Uhr vor Ort und wollten einchecken. Das wurde uns verweigert ob wollten wir schriftlich angefragt hatten das wir früher Anreise (Wetterbedingungen/Motorrad) Also standen wir 1 Stunden vor der Verschlossen Tür. Ansonsten waren die Gastgeber sehr nett und Hilfsbereit."

The pool area is simply wonderful - modern and well designed. Pool area is private, with a tree-covered hill behind, green area to one side and the Basilica of St. Giacomo on the other side. We weren’t able to arrive on time for check-in, but they assisted us right away and provided clear instructions so we could complete the check-in smoothly, which we really appreciated.
