"The property was clean and well in the center. I had a good time at the hotel and the staff were very helpful. Enes at the reception was exceptionally good and we also kept our luggage there while we explored the area. However upon check in, we made a request to upgrade and we were not given the upgrade that we wanted. However the hotel itself is really nice and in the centre. "

"We had a room with a small terrace opening to the pool, which was still in the process of being opened. Staff generally were helpful and attentive, with the exception of the lobby bar where it was always a struggle to get someone to serve. Housekeeping and room service were excellent"

"Hemos pasado unos dias estupendos en el hotel, es precioso y recuerda la epoca de 1900 con sus salones vestidos con terciopelos y sus grandes arañas e iluminacion. El desayuno fantastico y las vistas al bosforo magnificas. Lo unico es que se oye el ruido de la calle a pesar de estar (en nuestro caso) en un segundo piso, aun asi las habitaciones son muy silenciosas. La ubicacion nos gusto mucho porque esta cerca de todo y en un barrio lleno de restaurantes y sitios donde tomar algo. El baño...
