We stayed in a deluxe room on the third floor of the Bank Hotel. The room was big, the bed comfortable and there was good storage space. The location is great, close to trams across to the old town and an easy walk to livelier areas of the city. It was also quiet, which is helpful in this busy city. The roof top bar has lovely views across the Golden Horn. Lovely staff too

We only spent a few days in Istanbul, but choosing The Bank Hotel Istanbul was easily the best decision we made. From the moment we arrived, the property impressed us with its stylish design and immaculate cleanliness, both across the common areas and inside our room, making our short stay extraordinarily comfortable. The staff at the front desk truly stood out—incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They gave us fantastic local dining recommendations and kindly assisted us with reservations at the hotel's on-site restaurant, ensuring everything was effortless. The hotel's location is ideal for exploring the city, situated just steps away from a tram station, making it quick and easy to navigate Istanbul’s main sights. To top it all off, the rooftop offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the city skyline, providing the perfect atmosphere to unwind. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Istanbul! Highly recommended!

Beautiful ornate boutique hotel in a great location to the Karakoy Tram, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, and Topkapi Palace, Galata Tower. Elegant decor, comfortable, thoughtful amenities, stunning view from our room. The hotel provided us with old world charm and modern comfort and we loved coming back to our room at the end of our adventurous days. We very much enjoyed our stay.

This hotel is perfectly located, close to the Galata bridge for visiting the old Istanbul and also close to Galata tower. The hotel is very clean, quiet and the staff is very friendly and supportive. We had a wonderful stay and would book it again.
