Location for the airport was excellent. the rooms are very basic with no facilities and charging extra to use aircon was unacceptable given the cost of the room. biggest issue though - not hot water in the shower - in this day and age this is not acceptable"

"The property looks like it is very close to the train station on a map, but the reality is quite different. More than 1km away from the city, on the wrong side of the rail tracks in a dreadful location. The hotel is modern and very clean, but no hot water for a shower, either in the evening or morning is very poor for any star of hotel. When i mentioned upon checking out, the receptionist good careless. The restaurant is close, so is the gym and meeting rooms. Breakfast was to be a voucher for somewhere not exactly next door, or a box. Not delivered to the room. I chose to take mine away as I had an early check out. This 'bag' was not forthcoming coming after paying the city tax etc, I literally had to ask! I use hotels.com often and stay in Italy, often. I am used to a less than warm reception (which isn’t right) but this place was empty and the attitude was terrible. I won't be staying here again. "
