"This is a wonderful place to stay with lots of old Fl feel. I am a native and love finding places like this and it met all expectations. The only thing I would suggest is new pillows on the beds and maybe a more comfortable mattress in the Captains room as we had both Captain and Manatee rooms. "

"The owner of the property met us as soon as we pulled up to show us a better parking spot, introduce us to his adorable well behaved dogs " Blue was my favorite" and to get us familiar with what the property had to offer. Beautiful little ranch. With two beautiful horses. Our cottage was very quaint and spotless with Roku TV and Netflix which was nice. There was also other nice touches like in room coffee, water, mini muffins and yogurt in the mini fridge. I will definitely plan a future...

"The Hilton Homesuites of Port Richey, FL is pretty sweet. The room/suite is very spacious - it’s literally like a small apartment with everything except a washer and dryer. The lobby is spacious and clean, the dining area also spacious and clean. The breakfast is just the basics but plenty of warm options. The outdoor area is complete with two pools! With a lovely waterfall like feature, hot tub and an area with nice grills provided. I didn’t think the rates were bad considering the size of room...
