"Wonderful place to stay..beautiful hotel and close to shopping and walking trails and river."

"Waited a long time to check in which was frustrating, standing in the lobby with my bags while no one was at the desk for a while, the person in front of me went back to their car. The staff was nice when they finally came back though. Room was dirty. Decided against using the shower which was very frustrating after a long day of traveling. Dog hair all over the seating in the room. Stains all over carpet. Hair on the floor in the bathroom. All corners had black dirt and dust and crumbs. Dust on...

"Super nice lady when we checked in for our 2 night stay. Next morning we asked front desk for another blanket, never got it. Maid service was good, but the shower curtain had mold on it. Breakfast wasn’t very good. You need to buy containers of yogurt and milk, not big dispensers. Air conditioner worked great."

"Room was clean and had so many so many convenient features with the full sized fridge and kitchen. Was there for a two day music event and it was walkable to the venue. Clean and that staff were very helpful. Would absolutely stay there again"

"We paid in full in advance for a King Size bed and checked in at 6 pm but only a Queen Size was available. The employee said the hotel “overbooks” and sometimes no room is available even for those who prepay "

"A Murphy bed? Are you kidding me? We drove 8 hours, paid how much, only to find out we had to pull down a Murphy bed with some CRAPPY memory foam mattress and make up the bed. And NO AC!!!! They lock the temperature at 70 and leave some note saying that if you tamper with it, there is some big fine. We are supposed to sleep in 70 degrees? But they even have a fan, obviously knowing it needs AC. No AC in Bend, Oregon. It was 88 degrees out. So then, a restaurant? Oh that would mean a half...

"What you don't know when booking with Expedia is the quality of the unit/room the resort will put you in. Because you don't book directly and through a second/third party you don't get what other guest receive when booking directly with the resort. They put us up in a "privately owned" room which was part of the "200" units. So the room or rooms will only be updated upon the owners responsibility. "We stayed here one night while passing through Bend. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The motel is cute, I didn’t think any place still uses real keys, and that was a fun novelty for my daughter. Unfortunately the bathroom door didnt close and the toilet had trouble flushing. There also was no cable tv, but that wasn’t that big of a deal for us. Even with those issues we would probably stay here again."
