The Hotel At Auburn University

"My stay was great and the staff were amazing. However the room service website was glitchy. I scanned the QR code ordered and charged my dinner and a glass of wine to my room after a long day of travel only never to receive my meal. An hour after it was supposed to be delivered to my room I scanned another QR code for help and never received a response. I eventually went downstairs to talk to someone to find out my order never came through their system and the kitchen was closing. The staff apologized and quickly made my dinner and poured my wine. But the entire point of room service is to not to hand to leave your room."

"All the employees were very nice. Housekeeping was very accommodating when asking for extra coffee and water. Pool top bar, the bartender was very nice. Location was excellent, we even went to two Biscuits games. Overall , would definitely come back again"

"Property was as described. Floors weren’t very clean but other than that, everything was as described. Check in was fine just be aware there is no one there all the time. Their check/out offices close. I like knowing someone is on site if you need anything. We don’t need anything so I’m not sure how hard it would be to get in touch with someone, if needed."
