We are regular clients at IHG group hotels and we were not surprised and definitely not unimpressed at Holiday Inn, Birch Run.
Everything slotted into place as normal making us feel "family".
Breakfast was self service and basic for what we needed. The room was serviced 1 day before we left,it could have waited until we left.
If our travel dictates we will stay here again.

Clean, comfortable room. Loved the hotel itself and historic feel. Didn't get the experience some others did of staff sharing about the history of the building which I would have been interested to hear, or any interest in me as a customer despite them not being busy that night at all.

This motel was really nice. Good room, equipped with everything you need, lots of sockets and USB ports for charging stuff, good WiFi, lovely staff, a decent continental breakfast included. Easy enough to walk to the main shopping centre of frankenmuth, only about 10mins walk. We had a lovely stay!

For the price you pay this place is great. Basic but everything you would need from a roadside motel. Lost of cheap eating options nearby. Room was of a good standard and the place was safe and quiet. Staff at the front desk were very friendly making check in and out quick & easy.
