The kindness of the front desk clerk. I ended up in the ER and she helped in every way possible. Furthermore, I have NO complaints about this establishment. Clean. Quiet. It has everything. Nice room, great bathroom. Super quiet air-conditioning. Easy check in. All in all, perfect. Thank you so much for having me. Erik
