"The water was off when we arrived We had only an hour to make a meeting It would have been nice to have been notified at the beginning instead of me slapping my hands turning on the faucet and no water! The staff was extremely apologetic and helpful manager was nice only real negative was no saying anything up front giving me a chance to make up my mind"

"Pros and cons. The property is very clean and physically comfortable. The breakfast is very nice. Be advised that this property is NOT in downtown Columbia, or in walking distance to it. Additionally, I specifically picked this place because it had a pool. The pool was closed due to an inspection issue. "I cannot stress enough how amazing the staff is there. The rooms are clean and beds are actually comfortable. "

"The room was dirty, sink and wood was warp. Refrigerator never clean. Smell bad. Left the motel and never slept in the room. Went to Hilton Garden."

"The floors were warped, tray is littered all around the place. Some of the electrical outlets don’t even work. Sensors for the door locks didn’t work a lot either. Always thought that the key deactivated."
